iCAUR launches V27 REEV SUV in Thailand

iCAUR, an off-road brand under the Chery Group, has officially launched the V27 REEV SUV in Thailand. The vehicle is available in three versions: the 2WD Pride starting at 999,900 baht, the 2WD Prime at 1,159,900 baht, and the 4WD Prestige priced at 1,259,900 baht. Deliveries in Thailand are scheduled to begin on October 1, with plans for local assembly by 2027.

The V27 REEV utilizes a range-extended electric vehicle powertrain where an electric motor drives the wheels and a gasoline engine acts as a generator. It offers a pure electric range of up to 165 km (NEDC) and a total combined range of approximately 1,000 km. The SUV features a rugged, boxy design with 21-inch wheels, a 15.4-inch central screen, and a 15-speaker Pioneer sound system.

Following its Thai debut, the model has been showcased at internal events in Vietnam, signaling a potential upcoming launch in the Vietnamese market.
