iCAUR unveils V25 SUV at International User Summit in China

The automotive brand iCAUR, a global strategic brand of the Chery Group, has held the world premiere of its new V25 SUV at the International User Summit in Wuhu, China. Following the brand’s ‘Future Classic Design’ philosophy, the V25 combines a rugged, boxy aesthetic with round LED headlights and modern technology.

The V25 is a mid-sized, five-seater SUV built on the i-SWIFT platform. It features a ‘Golden REEV’ (Range-Extended Electric Vehicle) powertrain, which uses an electric motor for wheel drive while an internal combustion engine acts as a generator to increase range flexibility. The vehicle also includes an intelligent i-AWD all-wheel-drive system and offers a pure electric variant.

Designed for both urban use and outdoor adventures, the interior includes a digital cockpit with physical dials, a large central display, and aircraft-style toggle switches on the overhead console. The vehicle is equipped with features such as wireless charging, a panoramic roof, and a V2L (Vehicle-to-Load) function capable of powering external devices up to 6 kW. iCAUR plans to expand its international presence, with market entries in Switzerland and Europe scheduled for 2027.
