ICBC Bank Turkey closes Antalya branch for digitalization

ICBC Bank Turkey, the Turkish subsidiary of the China-based Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), has closed its Antalya branch as part of a broader strategy focused on digitalization and operational efficiency.

Following the closure, customer services and corporate finance operations from the Antalya branch have been transferred to other centers. The bank clarified that this move does not signify a withdrawal from the Turkish market; instead, it will continue its operations through 10 physical branches and digital banking channels.

The remaining physical locations include branches in Adana, Altunizade, Ankara, Bakırköy, Bursa, İzmir, Kozyatağı, General Directorate Center, Söğütözü, and Taksim.
