ICE agent points gun at Virginia woman during Falls Church encounter

Video footage has surfaced showing an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent pointing a gun at a woman in a parking lot in Falls Church, Virginia. The incident occurred on a Monday afternoon after Carolina Molina, a 36-year-old licensed counselor, witnessed agents detaining two men nearby.

Molina stated she shouted at the agents from her vehicle because she disagreed with their actions. Dashcam and cellphone videos show masked agents using vehicles to box in Molina’s car. During a tense verbal exchange, an agent brandished a firearm and threatened her with arrest, accusing her of attempting to run the officers over. Molina maintains she was not following the agents and did not pose a threat.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issued a statement describing Molina as an ‘anti-ICE agitator’ who drove in circles around agents and used her vehicle as a weapon to assist undocumented migrants in escaping. Representative Don Beyer stated his office is demanding answers and consequences regarding the encounter.
