In Mexico City, an electric vehicle battery fire broke out at a car dealership in the Nueva Industrial Vallejo neighborhood of the Gustavo A. Madero borough. The fire originated inside a cargo truck containing the batteries and was fueled by flammable materials such as oil, rubber, and gasoline. Emergency services evacuated 30 people, and firefighters successfully extinguished the flames, which had reached heights of over five meters. No injuries were reported.
