Ice Nine Kills announces horror-themed Christmas EP

Metalcore band Ice Nine Kills has announced the release of a new EP titled ‘A Very Vicious Christmas’, scheduled for publication on November 9 via Fearless Records. The eight-track project features reinterpretations of traditional Christmas songs infused with the band’s signature blend of metal, dark humor, and cinematic horror themes.

The material was originally recorded as the musical backdrop for the ‘Terror Tram Starring Art The Clown’ attraction at Universal Studios Hollywood, part of the Halloween Horror Nights 2026 event. Frontman Spencer Charnas noted that the opportunity to score the attraction for the ‘Terrifier’ character fit the band’s aesthetic perfectly.

To enhance the macabre atmosphere, the band utilized a children's choir to perform lyrics involving violent and dark imagery. This release follows the band’s previous successful collaboration with ‘Terrifier’ creator Damien Leone, which produced the track ‘A Work Of Art’.
