Ice Spice clarifies pregnancy rumors in new music video

Rapper Ice Spice has addressed social media speculation regarding a perceived pregnancy in her new music video for the Lil Yachty collaboration, “Out My Face (My Baby)”.

In the video, a visual effect shows her stomach expanding into a baby bump during a lyric where she raps, “Matter fact, make me a mom.” Ice Spice clarified the effect via TikTok, stating that the imagery was created using computer-generated imagery (CGI) to visually represent the song's lyrics.

Lil Yachty supported the clarification by sharing behind-the-scenes content showing the use of a fake prop, jokingly captioning the post to confirm that no pregnancy is occurring.
