ICER Brakes and ZF Aftermarket unveil new vehicle solutions at Automechanika Frankfurt

During Automechanika Frankfurt 2026, ICER Brakes and ZF Aftermarket introduced new product lines focused on the evolving automotive aftermarket, specifically targeting electric and hybrid vehicles.

ICER Brakes showcased its “First to Market” braking references, designed to provide the independent aftermarket with early access to components for newly released vehicle models, such as the Ford E-Transit 350 and Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG. The company also presented specialized solutions for electric and hybrid vehicles featuring copper-free formulations, as well as Last Mile Delivery (LMD) pads designed to increase durability for delivery vehicles by 40% to 75%.

ZF Aftermarket presented repair solutions for electrified propulsion systems, including kits for electric motors, hybrid modules, inverters, and mechatronic systems. These kits aim to allow component-level repairs rather than full assembly replacements. The new range includes over 100 variants for electric drive axles and expands ZF’s total refurbished transmission offerings to approximately 2,400 references.
