Ichihatasan Yakushiji temple announces limited-edition Goshuin

Ichihatasan Yakushiji temple has announced the release of several limited-edition Goshuin (sacred stamps) for September 2026.

As part of a seasonal series, the temple is offering special moon-themed Goshuin to commemorate the 'Jugoya' (Full Moon) and 'Jusanya' (Thirteenth Night). These special stamps, which include a 'gomagi' prayer stick, are priced at 1,500 yen and feature calligraphy such as ‘Shogetsu Ginga’ and ‘Eika Gingetsu’.

Additionally, the temple is releasing monthly gold-leaf Goshuin. The September editions include designs for Kannon Bosatsu and Bassara Daijin. These redesigned, three-dimensional stamps are available at the Okazaki Main Temple, the Nagoya Annex, and through the temple’s online shop to accommodate distant visitors.
