ID Logistics Polska secures 37,800 sqm facility at CTPark Iłowa

ID Logistics Polska has signed a lease for approximately 37,800 square meters of modern commercial space at the CTPark Iłowa complex in the Lubuskie Voivodeship. The facility includes 36,553 square meters of warehouse space and 1,248 square meters of office and social facilities.

Located near the German border, the site will serve as a strategic distribution hub for a global e-commerce leader, facilitating logistics processes for Western European markets. The project will be customized to meet specific technical requirements, including dedicated racking systems, expanded truck parking, and an automatic license plate recognition (LPR) system.

The new operational center is expected to create approximately 300 jobs, supporting regional economic development. ID Logistics Polska, part of an international group operating in 20 countries, currently manages over 50 logistics centers in Poland with a total area exceeding 1.4 million square meters.
