Idaho Falls arts scene grows with Taylor Swift tribute performance

The Taylorville tribute band is scheduled to perform at the Colonial Theater in Idaho Falls, Idaho. This performance is part of an effort by the Idaho Falls Arts Council to expand the variety of touring entertainment available in Eastern Idaho.

Gray Augustus, Executive Director of the Idaho Falls Arts Council, noted that bringing in diverse acts can serve as a gateway for younger demographics to engage with the local arts community. Augustus highlighted that the region's growth and improved accessibility, including local airport improvements, have helped foster a more vibrant arts scene despite the challenges of rising costs for touring performers in rural areas.
