Idaho State University celebrates Homecoming week

Idaho State University held its annual Homecoming Parade in Pocatello despite heavy wind and rain. The event featured various participants, including local political candidates, student groups, local businesses, and the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes.

University President Wagner participated in the parade on an automated scooter. The week of celebrations included several traditional events such as a bonfire, royalty pageant, and a barbeque. The festivities concluded with a football game against Cal Poly, which Idaho State lost with a score of 25-24 following a fourth-quarter interception.
