İdakon Yapı launches two new residential projects in Istanbul

İdakon Yapı has launched two new residential projects, İdapark Paşaköy and İdapark Yıldız, located on the Anatolian side of Istanbul. Both developments are designed to integrate modern urban living with extensive green spaces and social amenities.

İdapark Yıldız, situated in Sancaktepe, features 134 housing units with 2+1 and 3+1 apartment options. Approximately 75% of the project area is dedicated to landscaping and open social use, including walking paths and playgrounds. Prices for this project start at 9,970,000 TL, with a 20% discount available for cash payments.

İdapark Paşaköy is a larger-scale development created in partnership with Asan Yapı. Spanning a construction area of 50,949 square meters across six blocks, it includes 299 residences and 23 commercial units, with apartment types ranging from 2+1 to 5+1. Facilities include a swimming pool, sauna, spa, fitness center, and basketball courts. Sales prices start at 7,735,000 TL, with a 25% discount offered for cash payments.

Both projects emphasize structural safety and technical oversight; soil surveys will be conducted by Istanbul University, while reinforced concrete static projects will be controlled by Istanbul Technical University. Life in these developments is expected to begin in 30 months.
