IDDEEA BiH and US Embassy discuss digital transformation

Almir Badnjević, Director of the Agency for Identification Documents, Records and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina (IDDEEA BiH), held a working meeting with Spencer Fields, the new Director of the United States Embassy Office in Banja Luka.

The discussion focused on continuing successful cooperation regarding the digital transformation and strengthening of institutional capacities in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Key areas of interest include the digitalization of public administration, the development of reliable digital infrastructure, electronic identification, trust services, and secure data exchange.

Badnjević presented the agency's recent achievements and upcoming projects aimed at developing modern, secure, and accessible digital public services for citizens. Both parties expressed satisfaction with their ongoing partnership and a commitment to further improving cooperation through shared expertise and concrete activities.
