Idea Factory announces Villion: Code for Switch and Switch 2

Villion: Code Idea Factory Nintendo Switch 2 action RPG Kouji Okada

Idea Factory has announced that the action RPG Villion: Code will receive an English-language release in North America and Europe in 2027. The game is produced by Kouji Okada, known for his work on the Megami Tensei and Persona series.

The title will be available digitally on both the Nintendo Switch and the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2, while also receiving a physical release specifically for the original Nintendo Switch.

Villion: Code features artwork by Ilya Kuvshinov and follows a story set in a near-future academy city isolated by a mysterious bubble following attacks by creatures known as GEMs. Gameplay elements include exploring randomly generated dungeons, utilizing mutated weapons called Genome Arms, and synthesizing Genome Cubes to enhance character stats.
