Ideal Motors receives multiple workplace excellence awards

Ideal Motors (Pvt) Ltd has received several workplace excellence awards in 2026 through the Great Place To Work® recognition platform. The company secured the No. 1 position and a Gold Medal in the Small and Medium category at the Best Workplaces™ in Sri Lanka 2026 awards.

On a regional level, the company ranked 18th among the Best Workplaces™ in Asia in the Medium Scale category, making it the highest-ranked Sri Lankan organization in that specific group. Ideal Motors also received the Industry Excellence Award for Workplace Culture in the Trading Industry and was named one of the 20 Great Workplaces for Young Talent in Sri Lanka.

The recognitions were presented during events in Colombo, including the Great Place To Work® CXO Forum and the Best Workplaces™ in Sri Lanka Awards Gala. These accolades follow an assessment of employee feedback and organizational practices conducted between April 2025 and March 2026.
