IdeaLab! Founders’ Conference to convene in Vallendar in 2026

The 26th edition of the IdeaLab! Founders’ Conference is scheduled to take place on September 25 and 26, 2026, at the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management campus in Vallendar. Operating under the theme “The European Opportunity,” the event aims to address the technological and economic future of Europe.

Since its inception in 2000, the conference has become a staple of the European startup ecosystem. The 2026 event expects to host over 700 participants, including founders, investors, and students. The program will feature workshops, panel discussions, a pitch battle, and various networking opportunities.

Notable speakers and participants include Florian Heinemann of Project A, Jan Kraume of the sportswear brand OACE, and Ferdinand Dabitz, CEO of the fintech company Augustus. The conference is uniquely organized by a group of 13 WHU students operating as an independent registered association.
