IDT Corporation reports record fiscal year 2026 results

IDT Corporation has reported record financial results for its fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2026, ending July 31, 2026. For the fourth quarter, the company saw revenue increase by 7% to $339.0 million, with gross profit rising 18% to $134.8 million. Net income attributable to IDT grew 29% to $21.7 million.

Key business segments showed varied growth. The BOSS Money digital revenue within the fintech segment rose 22% to $33.7 million. The net2phone subscription revenue increased by 10% to $24.5 million, while the traditional communications segment reported revenue of $222.0 million.

For the full fiscal year 2026, IDT reported total revenue of $1,298.0 million, a 5% increase. Annual income from operations reached $121.2 million, representing a 21% increase over the previous year. Adjusted EBITDA for the full year was $154.6 million, up 17%.
