iDWELL Secures Seven‑Figure US Growth Funding, Now Manages Over 2 Million Units

PropTech firm iDWELL, founded in 2017 by Alexander Roth and based in Vienna, announced that its platform now handles more than two million apartments across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The company has secured a seven‑digit Euro investment from US growth investor Riverside Acceleration Capital, the growth‑lending arm of The Riverside Company. The financing is structured as revenue‑based (non‑dilutive) lending, leaving iDWELL’s ownership unchanged while repayment will be tied to a share of revenue over roughly five years.

The new capital will be directed toward expanding iDWELL’s AI‑driven product suite, including the iDWELL Finance automated invoicing solution and the Greta‑AI system for automating documentation and administrative tasks. Existing shareholders such as Knight Capital, Flashpoint VC and the Basel‑based family office Wecken & Cie remain unchanged. Riverside senior partner Christian Stein and iDWELL COO Anna Matzenberger highlighted the investment’s role in accelerating the firm’s growth and further digitising professional property management in the DACH region.
