Ielove GROUP and Shinca partner for real estate AI integration

Ielove GROUP has announced a collaborative development project with Shinca to integrate its real estate vertical SaaS, ‘Ielove CLOUD’, with Shinca’s AI communication platform, ‘Kaicura’. The partnership aims to automate the recording of incoming and outgoing call logs directly into customer histories. This integration is designed to resolve issues regarding manual data entry, reduce individual dependency on specific staff members, and improve the accuracy of data accumulation for real estate companies.

Separately, the company meito saw a rise in its stock price following the announcement of a one-for-two stock split. The split is scheduled to have a record date of December 31.
