Parents and students opposing the measure argue that internal regulations allow minors to leave with parental permission. Conversely, the school administration maintains that current legislation requires them to remain responsible for students from the moment they enter until they depart, citing the school's location near a highway outside the urban center as a safety concern.

While the school leadership and the Parents' Association (ANPA) have declined to provide detailed statements to the press, claiming a desire to avoid further controversy, some students have expressed their dissent through social media videos and protests within the school.
