IF Elfsborg prepares for away match against Hammarby IF

IF Elfsborg is set to face Hammarby IF in the 28th round of the Allsvenskan this Friday. The match carries significant implications for both teams: Hammarby is contending for the league title, while Elfsborg is fighting to secure a fourth-place finish and avoid falling behind Häcken.

Elfsborg goalkeeper Theo Sander, who has recently secured a starting position following a 2–1 victory over Örgryte IS, expressed confidence in the team's tactical approach. Sander noted that while Hammarby possesses strong offensive qualities and positive momentum, Elfsborg intends to rely on their established match plan to contain their opponents.

Elfsborg enters the fixture following a period of improved form, having lost only five matches throughout the season. However, they face a challenging environment in Stockholm against a Hammarby side that has demonstrated significant strength in recent weeks.
