Brazil educational and employment opportunities announced

Various educational and professional opportunities have been announced across Brazil. The Federal Institute of Rondônia (IFRO) is offering 80 spots for integrated high school and technical courses in Forestry at its Ji-Paraná campus and in Electromechanics at its Vilhena campus. In Amazonas, the Federal Institute of Amazonas (IFAM) has opened a selection process for technical and undergraduate courses, including EJA/Proeja and transfer options.

Regarding student financing, the Fies program is opening registrations for remaining vacancies for the second semester of 2026 from October 26 to November 3. Eligible candidates must have participated in the Enem since 2010 with a minimum average score of 450.

In the employment sector, Minas Gerais Administration and Services S.A. (MGS) has launched a selection process for over 600 positions in Minas Gerais and Brasília, covering fundamental, medium, and technical levels. Additionally, the Federal Institute of Minas Gerais (IFMG) is seeking visiting professors for its Sabará campus, and the Municipality of Piracicaba in São Paulo is hiring substitute teachers. In Goiás, the Municipality of Piracanjuba is offering 140 temporary positions in education, including roles for drivers, school support professionals, and nutritionists.
