IFSP earns gold SIASS Seal for workplace health and well-being

The Federal Institute of São Paulo (IFSP) has achieved the gold category of the 2026 SIASS Seal. This national recognition is awarded by the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI) to federal agencies that demonstrate excellence in health, safety, and quality of life at work.

The certification honors the ‘IFSP Pensando em Você’ project, which focuses on mental health, prevention, and employee well-being. Institutional initiatives include projects such as Amplifica, Move Mais, Retirement Preparation, Wellhub, and Employee Integration Games.

According to Institutional Development Pro-Rector Bruno Luz, the award recognizes the positive impact these continuous actions have on staff. Deputy Director Nathalia Medeiros noted that these efforts are part of a continuous institutional policy aimed at reducing staff leave and improving overall organizational health.
