IFSP implements preferential processing for RSC procedures

The Federal Institute of São Paulo (IFSP) has implemented preferential processing for Recognition of Knowledge and Competencies (RSC) processes. This measure, regulated by Communiqué No. 21/2026 from the Directorate of People Management, is based on Article 69-A of Law No. 9,784/1999.

Employees eligible to request priority status include those who are 60 years of age or older, persons with disabilities, or individuals suffering from serious illnesses as defined by legislation. Once a request is analyzed and approved, the process will be identified and treated under a priority regime.
