Instituto Federal de São Paulo offers free license for Doc. Organizer software

The Federal Institute of São Paulo (IFSP), through its INOVA‑IFSP unit, issued Edital No. 127/2026 on Monday, July 6, announcing a free, non‑exclusive licensing programme for its Doc. Organizer application. The software automates the analysis of documents in the Recognition of Knowledge and Competencies (RSC) processes for technical‑administrative education staff, improving speed, standardisation and security.

The licence is intended for public institutions that belong to the Career Plan for Technical‑Administrative Education positions (PCCTAE) or conduct similar functional evaluations. Interested parties must submit a signed Term of Adhesion and supporting documents by 31 October 2026; IFSP will respond within 15 business days. The licence permits internal use and modification of the source‑available software but prohibits commercial sale or SaaS offerings, with IFSP retaining intellectual‑property rights.
