IFSP opens election for new Conpip council members

The Federal Institute of São Paulo (IFSP) has initiated an electoral process to select new members for the Research, Innovation, and Graduate Studies Council (Conpip) through Ordinance No. 5013/2026. Candidates have until September 4, 2026, to register for the election.

Elected members will serve a two-year term. The voting process is divided into segments involving various parts of the academic community, including research and innovation coordinators, faculty, technical-administrative staff, and students. Faculty representatives will be distributed across specific fields such as Exact and Earth Sciences, Biological and Health Sciences, and Social and Human Sciences.

Voting will take place online in November. Participation is optional for active permanent staff and regularly enrolled students, who can access the system using their existing SUAP credentials.
