IFSP Working Group Plans Evaluation Questionnaire for PGD
A Working Group (GT) at the Instituto Federal de São Paulo (IFSP) met on Wednesday, 5 May, in the university's rectorate to discuss drafting a questionnaire that will evaluate the Programa de Gestão e Desempenho (PGD). The group, chaired by Claudemir Mariotti Junior, includes faculty representatives, campus directors, administrative technicians, members of the Comissão Interna de Supervisão (CIS) and Sinasefe.
The questionnaire will be answered by students, staff and the external community. IFSP’s chief of staff, Ricardo Agostinho de Rezende Junior, said the collected data will be compiled into a robust document to guide improvements to the PGD and enhance service quality for the institution’s community.
