IFSP's Peaceful Conflict Resolution Nucleus holds first in-person meeting

The Peaceful Conflict Resolution Nucleus (NRPC) of the Federal Institute of São Paulo (IFSP) held its first in-person meeting from September 9 to 11 in Águas de Lindóia, São Paulo. The event focused on training, experience sharing, institutional articulation, and planning future actions to strengthen a culture of dialogue within the institution.

The opening was led by NRPC coordinator Edilson Hourneaux, with support from Chief of Staff Agostinho de Rezende and Pro-Rector of Research and Graduate Studies Adalton Ozaki. The meeting also featured a remote appearance by Professor Durga Curtinaz from the Gaia Mediation School, who emphasized the importance of the group's work in promoting institutional dialogue.

Additionally, Rafael Inácio Sousa Martins from the IFSP General Ombudsman discussed the flows and competencies of the NRPC, noting that while conflict is inevitable, the method of resolution defines the maturity of the institution.
