IGA 2027 garden shows highlight upcoming projects in North Rhine-Westphalia

North Rhine-Westphalia is hosting a weekend of garden and landscape exhibitions. The Landesgartenschau in Neuss is concluding its run this Sunday, having already exceeded its visitor targets.

In preparation for the International Garden Exhibition (IGA) 2027, a construction site and family festival will take place this Saturday from 2 PM to 7 PM. The event offers free admission and provides insights into the ‘Future Gardens’ across several locations, including Duisburg, Gelsenkirchen, Dortmund, and Lünen. These sites will feature guided tours and various activities.

The IGA 2027 is scheduled to run from April 23 to mid-October 2027. Organizers describe it as the largest garden show in Europe and expect to attract more than three million visitors to the Ruhr region.
