Iga Swiatek's London visit and Maja Chwalińska's comments on their past partnership

Polish tennis player Maja Chwalińska, after reaching the French Open final, told journalists that she and world‑number‑one Iga Swiatek have known each other since childhood, played together in junior team events and spent time on tour together, but their paths have since diverged. She said Swiatek offered congratulations after the tournament but there was no further involvement.

Iga Swiatek, following her Roland Garros campaign, spent a short stay in London where she attended a West End musical at the Apollo Victoria Theatre, fulfilling a personal dream. The visit also included light grass‑court practice ahead of the upcoming Bad Homburg event and Wimbledon.
