Ignacia Michelson announces breast implant replacement surgery

Chilean influencer and Miss Grand Chile, Ignacia Michelson, has announced she will undergo surgery to replace her breast implants, which she has had for 13 years.

Sharing details via Instagram, Michelson explained that while she initially considered reducing the size of the implants, she decided to maintain her current volume to avoid a more invasive T-shaped surgical technique. Her primary goal for the procedure is to achieve a more natural appearance, specifically aiming to adjust the positioning so the implants do not appear too high.

This decision follows her recent participation in the Miss Grand International pageant in Thailand.
