IGNITE Social Enterprise clarifies corporate independence

IGNITE Social Enterprise, a Hong Kong-based direct-selling company, has issued a statement to clarify its corporate independence following media inquiries and commentary linking it to other firms.

The company confirmed it is a separate legal entity with its own governance, ownership, and management. IGNITE explicitly stated it is not a subsidiary, parent, affiliate, or representative of QNET. While acknowledging that some executives and affiliates have prior professional experience with other direct-selling companies including QNET, the firm noted that such backgrounds do not establish a legal relationship between the independent entities.

IGNITE operates an e-commerce model distributing wellness and lifestyle products via brands such as SANAREY, SENA, and ELARA, alongside digital learning through brAInify. Naresh Balasubramaniam, Chief of External Operations, emphasized the company’s focus on compliance, product quality, and local commercial regulations.
