Igor Jelinović's Film 'Koke' Wins Multiple Golden Arenas at Pula Film Festival

Igor Jelinović's debut feature Koke, a comic drama set in Dalmatia, was awarded three Golden Arena trophies at this year's Pula Film Festival: Best Film, Best Screenplay and Best Leading Actress for Snježana Sinovčić‑Šiškov, with Aleksandra Janković winning Best Supporting Actress. The film, which explores family inheritance disputes through a distinctly Dalmatian lens, premiered internationally at the Rotterdam Film Festival and has since screened at festivals in Kraków, Los Angeles, Split, and other venues before its national theatrical release across Croatia.

Critics have praised Koke for its authentic use of regional language and humor, noting its appeal to audiences familiar with the complexities of family dynamics in the region. The movie is now playing in cinemas throughout the country.
