Vero Volley Milano wins 2026 Courmayeur Cup

Numia Vero Volley Milano won the 2026 Courmayeur Cup, defeating Prosecco Doc A. Carraro Imoco Conegliano 3-1 in the final. Paola Egonu led Milano with 30 points, while Eleonora Fersino was named MVP for her defensive performance.

Imoco Conegliano finished the preseason as runners-up after a loss in the final. Coach Daniele Santarelli noted that while the results provided positive indications, there is significant work to be done before the league begins. Conegliano had previously defeated Igor Gorgonzola Novara 3-0 in the semifinals.

In the third-place match, Igor Gorgonzola Novara secured a 3-1 victory over Savino Del Bene Scandicci. Tatiana Tolok was named MVP of the match for Novara. The tournament served as a final preseason test for the top Italian women's volleyball teams ahead of the upcoming Serie A1 season.
