Igualada City Council announces new civic center programming

The Igualada City Council has announced a new programming schedule for its municipal civic facilities for the second half of 2026. The initiative includes approximately 200 activities designed for all age groups, spanning from childhood to seniors.

Key locations involved include Espai Cívic Centre, Centre Cívic de Fàtima, and Centre Cívic Nord. The new schedule introduces a community-driven initiative titled ‘Porta la carmanyola; nosaltres posem l’espai’, which allows residents to use the civic centers' kitchens for lunch between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM from Monday to Friday.

In addition to community dining, the programming will feature workshops and courses in areas such as artificial intelligence, manual crafts, and new technologies.
