IHCL signs SeleQtions hotel expansion in Athirapilly, Kerala

Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has announced the signing of a SeleQtions hotel in Athirapilly, Kerala. This project, a partnership with the Kshema Group, involves both a conversion and an expansion of existing facilities.

The 100-key hotel will be developed in two phases. The first phase includes 37 currently operational keys, with the remaining inventory to be added during the expansion. Located in the Thrissur district on the banks of the Chalakudy River near the Athirapilly Falls, the property will feature an all-day dining restaurant, a wine and beer lounge, rooftop dining, banquet venues, a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a spa.
