IHG and SKS Group to open Holiday Inn Express in Perth CBD

IHG Hotels & Resorts and SKS Group have signed an agreement to develop the Holiday Inn Express Perth City Centre. The 103-room hotel will be located at 178 St Georges Terrace, involving the conversion of the former Singapore Airlines House office building into contemporary accommodation.

The new property will feature the brand’s Generation 5 design, incorporating flexible spaces and smart technology. Its location provides proximity to major corporate offices, Elizabeth Quay, and the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre.

This project marks the second collaboration between the Malaysia-based SKS Group and IHG in Australia, following the upcoming opening of the 170-room Holiday Inn Express Cockburn, which is scheduled to open this December.
