IHG Hotels & Resorts launches dual-brand complex in Milan

The former Ramada Plaza Milano in the NoLo district of Milan has transitioned into a dual-brand complex under IHG Hotels & Resorts. The facility will now operate as Crowne Plaza Milan NoLo and Staybridge Suites Milan NoLo.

This rebranding marks the Italian debut of the Staybridge Suites brand, which specializes in extended stays and serviced apartments. The Crowne Plaza component will focus on international business and leisure travelers, specifically targeting the meetings and events segment.

The project was developed by Hotel Stamira SRL, a member of the Reinvest Group, in collaboration with IHG Hotels & Resorts. The complex consists of five interconnected towers set within a 3,000-square-meter private park. The reconfiguration maintains the original structure of 170 rooms and 95 apartments, now split between the two distinct brands to serve different hospitality needs.
