IHG launches Vignette Collection with The Aarlis Hotel in Panchkula, India

IHG Hotels & Resorts has opened The Aarlis Hotel Panchkula, a 145‑room property that marks the debut of the company’s Vignette Collection brand in India and South West Asia. The hotel joins IHG’s Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio and is the first Vignette Collection property in the region, offering contemporary luxury, smart‑room technology, multiple dining venues, a spa, fitness centre, pool and extensive meeting space.

Located against the Shivalik Hills in the Chandigarh Tricity area, the hotel provides easy access to attractions such as Morni Hills, Sukhna Lake, the Rock Garden and the Capitol Complex. Sudeep Jain, Managing Director for South West Asia at IHG, said the opening is a “landmark moment” that signals IHG’s intent to bring distinctive, character‑led stays to a dynamic luxury market. The Vignette Collection now comprises 34 hotels across 17 countries, with a pipeline of 45 additional properties worldwide.
