Ihsan Kurnaz announces service plans for İlkadım district

Ihsan Kurnaz, the Mayor of İlkadım, has outlined a strategic vision for the district's 61 neighborhoods, focusing on long-term urban development and equitable service distribution. With a population exceeding 330,000, the municipality aims to bridge the gap between urban centers and rural areas to ensure service integrity across the region.

Kurnaz emphasized that the administration's goal is to move beyond addressing immediate needs to creating permanent value for future generations. The planned initiatives encompass social municipalism, including projects in environmental protection, education, culture, sports, and health. The administration intends to prioritize citizen safety, daily comfort, and accessibility to municipal services through a participatory management approach.
