IIIT Ranchi student sets placement record with 1.25 crore package

Saksham, a Computer Science and Engineering student specializing in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at IIIT Ranchi, has set a new campus placement record. He secured a position as a Technical Program Manager at Rubrik, a technology company focused on data security and cloud data management.

The annual package offered to Saksham is 1.25 crore rupees, marking the highest placement offer in the history of IIIT Ranchi. In his new role, he will be responsible for coordinating between various technical teams, planning projects, and ensuring that complex technical tasks are completed within specified timelines.

Saksham attributed his success to the guidance of his family, friends, and mentors. Professor Rajiv Srivastava, Director of IIIT Ranchi, congratulated the student, noting that the achievement reflects the institute's emphasis on technical experience and industry readiness alongside academic studies.
