During the assembly, Silli conducted a series of bilateral meetings to strengthen strategic and regional partnerships. Key discussions included meetings with the Secretary General of SICA, Ambassador Lina Eugenia Ajoy Rojas, and the Executive Secretary of CEPAL/UN, José Manuel Salazar-Xirinachs, focusing on regional synergies, inclusive growth, and ecological transition.

Additional diplomatic engagements included meetings with Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani, and foreign ministers or representatives from El Salvador, Belize, Costa Rica, San Marino, Venezuela, and Cuba.
