IIM Lucknow reports 100% summer placements with record stipends

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow has announced successful summer placement results for its 2025-27 and 2026-28 batches, achieving a 100% placement rate for 578 students across the Post Graduate Program (PGP) and Post Graduate Program in Agri-Business Management (PGP-ABM).

Reports indicate significant growth in compensation, with the average stipend increasing by 16.5% to reach approximately 1.67 lakh rupees per month. The highest monthly stipend recorded was between 3.5 lakh and 3.95 lakh rupees. The median stipend was reported at approximately 1.72 to 1.75 lakh rupees per month.

Recruiting companies included major global and domestic firms such as Google, Amazon, McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Goldman Sachs, and Deloitte. New recruiters joined the drive, including Flipkart and Swiggy. Notably, the Adani Group offered selected interns both a stipend and tuition fee waivers.
