IIT Dhanbad and IIT BHU announce research assistant recruitments for 2026

The Indian Institute of Technology (ISM) Dhanbad released a notification for a single ANRF‑JRF position in Electrical Engineering. Applicants must hold a postgraduate degree, have a first‑class record, be under 35 years old and can expect a salary of Rs 37,000 per month. Applications are to be submitted online by 04‑08‑2026.

The Indian Institute of Technology Banaras Hindu University also announced one Junior Research Assistant post covering physics, chemistry, materials science or nanoscience. Candidates need an M.Sc. with first‑division results, must be under 28 years of age and will receive a salary ranging from Rs 25,000 to Rs 28,000 per month. Applications are to be emailed by 04‑08‑2026.
