IIT Ropar announces postdoctoral fellowship recruitment

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Ropar has announced a recruitment drive for one Postdoctoral Fellow (Research Associate-I) position. The role is part of an ANRF-funded project focused on investigating the moisture response and aerodynamics of small insects.

Eligible candidates must hold a doctorate in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Physics from a recognized institute. Alternatively, applicants with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Chemical Engineering, or Physics, may apply provided they meet a minimum CGPA of 6.5 on a 10.0 scale. The position offers a monthly salary of Rs. 58,000. Interested individuals must submit their applications online by 25 October 2026.
