IKEA to open compact store in Białystok

IKEA is set to open a new compact-format store in Białystok, Poland, on November 12. Located within the Zielone Wzgórze shopping mall, the outlet will occupy over 3,600 square meters of space inside an existing Carrefour hypermarket.

This location will offer more than 2,000 products, primarily home accessories and decor, alongside interior design services such as kitchen and storage planning. The store will also feature an IKEA Bistro and a Swedish food market. This marks the second compact-format IKEA store in Poland, following the opening of a similar location in Bielsko-Biała in 2025. The concept is designed to bring the brand to urban areas where building traditional large-scale warehouses is not feasible.
