Iki Dulagin faces Peradi ethics hearing over misconduct allegations

The Central Honor Board (DKP) of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi) held an ethics hearing in Jakarta regarding allegations against lawyer Iki Dulagin. The proceedings follow accusations of intimidation, thuggery, and attempted bribery involving several journalists during their reporting duties.

Additionally, a citizen named Lisa has accused Dulagin of manipulating legal data during her 2021 divorce proceedings. Lisa claims the manipulation resulted in a default judgment (verstek) and unauthorized changes to her administrative identity documents.

Further allegations involve the unilateral blocking of a residential property certificate through the National Land Agency (BPN) in North Jakarta, despite the property being legally recognized as Lisa's inheritance. Lisa has filed a police report regarding alleged asset seizure, forgery, and falsification.
