Iki Lietuva increases support for Maisto bankas by 42%

The retail chain Iki Lietuva has increased its support for the food bank Maisto bankas by 42 percent compared to last year. This increase aims to provide more food to those in need and support the company’s sustainability goals by reducing food waste.

Iki has been a major food donor in Lithuania since 2009. The company’s efforts include employees sorting high-quality, edible products that were not sold to be donated, as well as encouraging customers to participate through food collection campaigns and donations via specialized boxes or payment terminals.
