İŞKUR and FATSO sign employment and training protocol

The Ordu Provincial Directorate of Labor and Employment Agency (İŞKUR) and the Fatsa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FATSO) have signed an employment and vocational training cooperation protocol. The agreement aims to meet the qualified workforce needs of local employers, increase employment rates, and enhance the employability of job seekers.

A key component of the partnership is the establishment of an İŞKUR Service Point within the FATSO service building. This center will facilitate easier access to İŞKUR services for FATSO members, allowing for more efficient processing of job vacancies, information on incentives and supports, and the matching of suitable candidates with employers.

The protocol also emphasizes support for youth, women, and individuals requiring special policies, such as people with disabilities and the long-term unemployed. Under the 'Age of Production for Youth' (GÜÇ) vision, the collaboration will include internship supports, vocational training programs, and career days for vocational high school and vocational school students to help them integrate into the professional world.
